EU 2020/740 Compliant. High Volume. One Partner.

Who We Are

We are a label converter specialised in tyre labelling, based in Türkiye with export reach across EU and MENA markets.

Using UPM tyre-grade materials and equivalent constructions from trusted global suppliers, we produce EU 2020/740 compliant printed labels for importers, distributors and private label tyre brands.

Tyre labelling is one of our core technical specialisations — alongside seafood, citrus and barcode blank labels. This focus allows us to understand the real operational risks: labels falling off rubber surfaces, unreadable energy classes in dusty warehouses, and costly compliance rejections at customs.

What Makes Us Different?

Tyre-focused material engineering

Tyre-grade UPM constructions tested on rubber surfaces, dusty warehouses and long-distance logistics.

Real understanding of EU 2020/740

A team that understands the label layout, classes, icons and data requirements for full compliance.

Export-scale MOQs

No micro orders: production optimised for 10,000+ labels per SKU, enabling competitive unit costs for distributors and importers.

Product Range

1) FullPrint EU Tyre Label

Ideal application: Distributors and importers selling tyres into the EU, UK and MENA under their own brands.

Technical specs:

  • Materials: UPM equivalent tyre label face stocks

  • Materials & adhesive: same tyre-grade constructions as FullPrint
  • Formats: rolls optimised for thermal and inkjet printers

Benefits:

  • Flexible inventory across markets and campaigns
  • When performance data changes, only the in-house overprint is updated
  • Export-friendly MOQs: 5,000–10,000 labels per template

3) BlankGrip Unprinted Tyre Label

Ideal application: Importers, distributors and printers with strong in-house printing capability.

  • Formats: rolls with cores and diameters matched to your lines and logistics

Benefits:

  • You keep full control over artwork and printing; we supply the right material
  • Very competitive square-meter cost at high export volumes
  • High MOQs from 20,000–30,000 labels per size

EU Regulation 2020/740: What You Need to Know

Regulation (EU) 2020/740 requires all tyres sold in the European Union to carry a standardised label displaying:

  • Fuel efficiency class (A to E scale)
  • Wet grip class (A to E scale)
  • External rolling noise (dB value and class A/B/C)
  • QR code linking to EPREL (European Product Registry for Energy Labelling) database
  • Ice grip and snow grip icons (where applicable)

Non-compliant labels can result in customs delays, market access rejection, and fines. Our team understands the exact layout, icon placement, and data field requirements to ensure full compliance.
