Sample Delivery Terms and Conditions

Samples provided by our company are intended solely for customers to evaluate our products and to obtain information about their quality and specifications. Samples may be provided free of charge or at a specified fee, depending on stock availability and production schedules. The following terms and conditions apply to the request, receipt, and return of samples:

• Samples are provided exclusively for evaluation and assessment purposes. They may not be used for commercial sale or transferred to third parties.
• Any modification, reproduction, copying, or unauthorized use of our brand information on the samples is strictly prohibited.
• Sample delivery may be made by courier, cargo service, or hand delivery. The carrier is responsible for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur during transit.
• If return of samples is required, the return must be completed within the timeframe specified by our company. A fee may be charged for samples that are not returned.
• Acceptance of sample delivery constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
